Dr. Tracy Alldred is a Psychiatrist with expertise in women’s mental healthcare. She specializes in treating women at reproductive life stages, from perinatal to perimenopause, including providing virtual care as part of an interdisciplinary team. She completed an undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology at McMaster University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto. She worked as a Registered Nurse in a paediatric emergency department prior to entering medical school. She holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Education, as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP).
